Our founders are Engineers and have specialisation in aerospace, transportation and consumer electronic sectors. We fully recognise that Innovation spans across sectors and therefore, we have established successful associations with Centreline Design, Innovate Product Design and D2M Innovations. We also are early adopters of Crowd sourcing and regularly use freelancers from Elance, ODesk and DesignCrowd.
Consulting Services
We have provided Consulting services in areas of Risk and Value Management to public sector organisations (Network Rail, London Underground, etc..). Our clients have benefited from successful management of threats as with exploitation of opportunities through Criteria-based valuation, Optioneering and Cost benefit analysis. We differentiate ourselves in that we focus our Risk Management services with a statistical slant while our competitors are usually limited to Qualitative Management of risks in Projects and Programmes. We adopt Six Sigma and Monte Carlo simulations - all aimed to assist in early identification of problems.
